Application:
generation of purity level 1 water under Russia’s National Standard GOST R 52501-2005 "Water for laboratory analysis", type I water under ASTM D1193-06(2011), ISO 3696, CLRW water under CLSI, and water under FS.22.0020.18 "Purified water", FS.22.0019.18"Water for injection" and other standards for ultrapure water.
Source water must be a drinking water underSanitary Rules and Regulations SanPiN 1.2.3685-21 with additional requirements.
Produce water of required quality through following purification stages:
- Removal of mechanical particles, organics and free chlorine;
- Demineralization by reverse osmosis technology;
- Deep demineralization by ion exchange resins;
- Polishing by ion exchange resins of the nuclear grade;
- Disinfection and oxidation of organics;
- Polishing and removal of organics and minerals.
Partially demineralized water can be produced by the system (by taking it after ROC cartridges).
Distilled water and Type 2 water can be produced by the system.
The high purity of filtrate is ensured by multi-passing of the treated water through the last three treatment stages (closed loop circulation).
At the point of use, the water undergoes an additional stage of sterilizing filtration with a 0.22μm rating.
The system includes a separate pre-treatment module Aqualab PTS-4.
