Application:
generation of level 1 purity water under Russia’s National Standard GOST R 52501-2005 "Water for laboratory analysis", type I water under ASTM D1193-06(2011), ISO 3696, CLRW water under CLSI, and water under FS.22.0020.18 "Purified water", FS.22.0019.18 "Water for injection" and other standards for ultrapure water.
Source water is the water that at least meets the requirements of Russia’s National Standard GOST R 58144-2018 "Distilled water"
Produce water of required quality through following purification stages:
- Final desalination with nuclear grade ion exchange resins;
- Disinfection and oxidation of organics;
- Polishing and removal of trace amounts of organics and mineral impurities.
The high purity of filtrate is ensured by passing water multiple times through all purification stages (closed loop circulation).
At the point of use, the water undergoes an additional stage of sterilizing filtration with a 0.22μm rating.
The system includes a tank for storage water (5 liters).
