The nameplate (production label)
The unit nameplate has the following information:
- Serial number
- Order code (part number)
If you have problem with the equipment or want to order consumables, it is recommended to send the data from the nameplate or a photo of it to the vendor. It will help to identify the unit quickly.
The nameplate is located on the equipment housing as shown in the photo.
Data sheet
The unit data sheet contains the following information:
- Feed water quality requirements
- General requirements for transportation, storage and operation
- Technical parameters of the main unit
- List of components
- List of consumables shipped together with the unit
- Unit model identification, its order code (part number), serial number, and manufacturing date
Operation manual
The operation manual contains the following information:
- Warranty
- Safety requirements
- Unit description
- Installation, start-up, operation and maintenance instructions
- Troubleshooting instructions
