UV- disinfection unit lamp replacement
The procedure for replacing the UV disinfection unit lamp that is part of an Aqualab unit is discussed here. UV disinfection lamps of the storage systems should be replaced in the same way.
Before replacing the UV lamp, power off the unit where replacing is going, and all the connected equipment. Close the valve on the pressure storage system hydraulic accumulator (if available).
UV lamp removing.
Unscrew the back panel of the unit housing to access the hydraulic piping.
Remove the UV lamp from the mounting clips.
Unscrew the locking screw.
Carefully remove the UV lamp from the housing.
Disconnect the lamp from the electrical connector.
New UV lamp mounting.
Remove the new UV lamp from the package. Connect the lamp to the electrical connector.
Install the lamp into the housing.
Tighten the fixing screw.
Mount the UV disinfection unit on the mounting clips and screw the back panel to the unit housing.
