Replacement of components with quick-connect connectors type
Before replacing the components, shut off the source water supply to the unit and disconnect the storage systems. Depressurize the system by opening B2 valve and the filtrate line (from connector HC4 “filtrate”).
Replacement of components with electrical connection (solenoid valves, relays)
Faulty piping element removing. Unscrew the back panel on the desalination module housing to access the hydraulic piping.
Disconnect wires from terminal screws.
Unscrew the fixing screws (if available).
Disconnect the flexible tubes from the collet connectors.
Important. Note the direction of water flow in this area (indicated by an arrow on the body of the element to be dismantled).
Install the new element.
Connect the flexible tubes to the collet connectors.
Important. The direction of water flow in this area must coincide with the arrow on the body of the element to be installed.
Fix the element on the unit housing with screws (if required)
Connect the wires to the terminal screws.
Replacing the components without electrical connection (fitting, etc.)
Removal of the faulty component.
Unscrew the back panel on the desalination module housing to access the hydraulic piping.
Disconnect the flexible tubes from the collet connectors. Important. Note the direction of water flow in this area when replacing the return valve or restrictor valve (indicated by the arrow on the piping element body).
Fitting/ accessory mounting.
Connect the flexible tubes to the collet connectors of the fitting. Important. The direction of water flow in this area should match the arrow on the fitting body.
