Application:
Production of Type I water according to ASTM D1193-06(2011), Grade 1 water according to ISO 3696:1987, CLRW water according to CLSI, as well as water complying with the requirements of other standards for ultrapure water.
Feedwater: distilled water or better
The system operation is based on the following technological stages:
- Final demineralization using nuclear-grade ion exchange resins;
- Disinfection and oxidation of organic substances;
- Polishing and removal of trace amounts of organic compounds and mineral impurities.
High filtrate quality is ensured by multiple passes of the treated water through all purification stages (closed-loop circulation).
At the point of use, the water additionally undergoes a 0.22 µm-rated sterilizing filtration stage.
